Continuing through July 31 at the National Gallery of Australia, Canberra IV, curated by Hetty Perkins and exponents of Aboriginal and Kalkadoon culture. The project, one of the National Gallery's main projects on contemporary Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art, develops around the theme of Ceremony, bringing examples of how different heterodox cultures can survive and transform themselves in the contemporary and the survival of the concept of iteration in contemporary performance practices.
